Accessibility

The standard we work toward

We are building toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA. That is the target, not a claim of current conformance. No conformance statement has been issued for this site or for the application, and none will be issued until it can be evidenced.

What has been done

The following changes are complete and verifiable on the live site today.

• Body text raised to a 17px floor across the site, so running prose is never set smaller than that.
• All text set at full opacity — pure ink on light surfaces, cream on dark surfaces — with no faded or reduced-opacity text anywhere in the page chrome.
• Interactive targets brought to a minimum of 44 pixels on touch viewports, using padding so the type scale is not distorted.
• A documented type scale applied site-wide, so heading and body sizes are consistent and predictable rather than set ad hoc per page.

What has not been done

Stated plainly, so there is no misunderstanding.

• No third-party accessibility audit has been commissioned. Nothing on this site has been reviewed by an external accessibility specialist.
• Screen reader testing is ongoing and incomplete. Some interactive components, particularly the animated product demonstrations, have not been fully tested with assistive technology.
• No VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report exists.
• Keyboard navigation has not been verified end to end across every page and component.

Known limitations

The product demonstrations across the marketing site include animated and layered interface simulations. These are illustrative rather than functional, and their content may not currently be exposed in a usable way to assistive technology. Where a demonstration carries an argument, the same argument is written in the surrounding prose.

Reduced motion

Animated sections respond to the operating system's reduced-motion preference where that preference is set. If you find an animation that does not respect it, please report it and we will treat it as a defect.

We commit to acknowledging accessibility reports within five business days, telling you whether and when we can fix the issue, and providing the information you were trying to reach by another route in the meantime.
