Every connection adds evidence. A secure read-only bank link through Plaid confirms what actually landed.

Why the connections matter

One business. Too many versions of the numbers.

Shopify and Amazon orders, ad-platform attribution, processor deductions, accounting entries, and bank deposits rarely agree, and they rarely arrive on the same day. Truence follows each transaction through that chain until the bank confirms the result.

  1. 1Store and marketplace ordersShopify and Amazon record the sale.
  2. 2Advertising attributionAd platforms claim credit on their own timeline.
  3. 3Processor deductionsFees, refunds, and disputes reduce the amount.
  4. 4Accounting entriesThe ledger records an expectation, not an arrival.
  5. 5Bank depositThe bank confirms what actually landed.
Connect, verify, use

Every connection has a job.

Connections are not decoration. Each one contributes a specific piece of evidence that ends in a decision you can act on.

Step 1Connect

Collect orders, ad spend, payments, fees, refunds, payouts, ledger activity, and bank deposits from the systems you already use.

Fewer spreadsheets and fewer conflicting exports.
Step 2Verify

Match that evidence against the secure read-only bank connection through Plaid, so expected money is compared to money that arrived.

Fewer payout surprises and protected margin.
Step 3Use

Power verified revenue and profit, bank-verified ROAS, current books, cash-flow forecasting, and Agentic Commerce for AI commerce orders.

Faster decisions and more reliable order operations.

Questions

Practical answers before you connect.

What should I connect first?

Start with your store or marketplace and your business bank account. That pair alone lets Truence compare orders to deposits. Add payments, advertising, and accounting next for full ecommerce revenue verification.

Is the bank connection read-only?

Yes. Truence uses a secure read-only bank connection through Plaid to read cleared deposits and balances. Truence never moves money and cannot initiate payments.

Does Truence replace Shopify, Amazon, ad platforms, or accounting tools?

No. Those systems keep running your business. Truence reads from them and reconciles what they report against bank activity, so you get one verified answer instead of several conflicting ones.

How are payouts, fees, and refunds matched?

Truence groups orders into the payout batches your processor and marketplaces create, applies fees, refunds, and reserves, then matches the expected amount to the deposit that appears in the bank.

What happens if an integration is planned but not yet supported?

Planned means it is on the roadmap and not live. It is labelled Planned in the directory and no data flows from it until verification is supported. Tell us which platform matters to you and it informs the sequence.

Can Truence verify AI commerce orders?

Truence provides Agentic Commerce for AI commerce orders: evaluating an agent-initiated order for source evidence, margin, and settlement, using the same bank confirmation applied to every other order.

Connect once. Operate from what is real.

Bring your commerce, advertising, payment, accounting, and bank activity together, and let the bank confirm the result.
