What we collect

When you apply, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, where you are based, your resume, links you share, your answers to our questions, whether you are authorized to work in the United States and whether you need sponsorship. We also record basic technical details, such as your browser type and a one-way coded version of your network address, to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application, contact you about it, run our hiring process, keep records the law requires, and consider you for other roles that fit, unless you ask us not to. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.

Who can see it

The Truence team members involved in hiring for the role. Service providers that host our website, store files and send email process it for us under contract, and only to provide those services. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for up to two years after the role is filled or closed, so we can meet record-keeping duties and consider you for future roles. Then we delete them. If you join Truence, your application becomes part of your employment file.

How we protect it

Resumes are stored privately and are reached only through time-limited links. Access is limited to the people who need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop considering you for future roles, by writing to careers@truence.com. We will answer within 30 days.
