Questions serious partners ask.

Who should apply?

Creators, educators, agencies, consultants, accountants, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, founders, communities, platforms, and service providers with a credible connection to commerce businesses. We review for audience relevance, channel quality, and the ability to explain Truence accurately.

What exactly is the 30% calculated on?

Thirty percent of eligible net subscription revenue Truence actually collects from a qualified referred customer during the customer’s first 12 paid months. Discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes are excluded, as are services and non-subscription charges unless approved in writing.

Which plans qualify?

Verify, Operate, and Institutional qualify under the proposed public program. Enterprise and other custom opportunities require a separate written referral agreement because scope, pricing, and sales involvement vary.

How does the 90-day referral window work?

A qualified click on your referral link begins a 90-day first-touch window. If that new business subscribes during the window and meets the program terms, the referral is attributed to you. Direct visits do not overwrite a valid referral.

When is commission paid?

Eligible commission is validated for 45 days to account for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and payment errors. Cleared balances are then processed monthly, subject to the payout threshold and completed tax and payment information.

What happens if a customer upgrades, downgrades, or cancels?

Commission follows the eligible net subscription revenue Truence actually collects during the original 12-month term. It adjusts when the plan or payment changes and stops when no eligible subscription revenue is collected. An upgrade does not restart the 12-month term.

Do I need to disclose that I may earn commission?

Yes. Place a clear statement close to your recommendation or link, such as: “Disclosure: I may earn a commission if you become a Truence customer through this link.” It must be easy to notice and understand.

Can I run paid ads or use discounts?

Only with written approval. Trademark bidding, pages that imitate Truence, coupon or cashback placements, unsolicited messaging, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, and unapproved incentives are prohibited.

Do earnings examples guarantee what I will make?

No. The calculator illustrates possible commission using current prices. Actual earnings depend on qualified referrals, plan selection, collected revenue, payment status, retention, refunds, and compliance with the final program terms.
